Changing Storms: Storm of the Century

Commentary: A rare caption that isn't gender transformation-based from me. Gonna be hard to figure out what the tags on this one are, honestly. One that I'd probably do a little differently if I did it over again. And if anyone's got a pic I could make a Centaurnado caption out of, send that my way...
